Founder & CEO
Francis Sabutey is a digital growth strategist and systems builder with experience helping businesses design and implement revenue-focused digital systems. His work spans website systems, copywriting, CRM-driven sales processes, and conversion-focused digital infrastructure.Francis also supports entrepreneurs and organisations through business plan and proposal development for funding and contract opportunities. He is a proud product of Ivy Business School (Canada) and the University College of Entrepreneurship, affiliated with the University of Cape Coast, and is driven by a focus on integrity, structure, and sustainable growth.
Jude Ganyo Adzorlolo
Director/Strategic Advisor
Jude Ganyo Adzorlolo is a banker and a strategic business consultant with over a decade of experience in banking, insurance and business management. He holds a BSc in Marketing from Regent University College and Masters in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies. He’s the backbone of the organization, providing the source of fuel, strategic advice, support and nourishment to excel in a challenging business climate.
Paul Osae Ntow
Accounts & Payroll Manager
Evans Osae is a motivated and resilient individual who loves nothing more than helping customers, colleagues and superiors resolve their problems and improve work delivery. He is an energetic and dependable person with a specific interest in customer relationships. He is a service-oriented professional who is confident when handling enquiries, complaints and communications. He is the Accounts & Payroll Officer. He wields a BA in Theology and Leadership from Ghana Christian University College; as well as a course education in finance and accounts management.
Ruby Acquaah
Project Manager
Ruby Acquaah is the Projects Manager at Think Expand. She holds a Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and oversees the coordination and delivery of client projects. Ruby works closely with internal teams and support staff to track progress, manage documentation, and maintain consistent communication throughout each project’s lifecycle. She places strong emphasis on organisation, accuracy, and follow-through — making sure nothing is missed and that clients remain informed and projects are completed on schedule.
Albert Coffie
Lead Website Designer
Albert Coffie is the Lead Website Designer at Think Expand, specialising in front-end development, homepage design, and user-focused interfaces. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Ghana Communication Technology University. Albert brings strong expertise in web development, UI/UX design, and computer hardware, ensuring every website is not only visually compelling but also functional, responsive, and performance-ready. His work focuses on creating clean, engaging homepage experiences that support conversion and brand credibility.

Williams-Dzade Gabriel is an IT enthusiast who enjoys learning and studying the latest IT trends and how to maximise them for business effectiveness and operation. He currently assists with managing domains and hosting, GMB accounts, social media handles, assists the web design team, as well as handling e-payment integrations. He’s currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics Morning from Koforidua Technical University.

He has extensive experience in IT, computer hardware and boosting an organisation’s online presence on Google. He’s in charge of the organisation’s Google optimisation, IT-related issues and SEO management. He also assists with website designs. He holds a Diploma in Professional Videography from GH Media.

Charis Prebi Ghartey is an international content creator with over 4 years of experience in top-level writing, proofreading, editing, and content creation. She now works with us at Think Expand, specializing in writing SEO blog posts, articles, and web content to optimize web pages for our clients.
